Deposits being transferrable depends on the appointment booked and where the appointments was kept, on time or not seen at all.
You should shower before any spa treatment. Depending on the services you book, you should also avoid eating a heavy meal and consuming alcohol.
The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some people may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few months. Me being your massage therapist, can help you determine the best schedule for you.
