At The Glamorous Experience Massage Therapy, I believe that relaxation is key to a healthy body and mind. That's why I offer a range of massage techniques designed to help you unwind, destress, and rejuvenate.

So to provide the best service possible to my clients, I have implemented the following policies:

Deposits
- Prepayment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
- Deposit amount depends on service treatment.
- All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and ready when booking.
New Clients/First Time Clients
- Please arrive 10- 15 mins before your scheduled appointment to ensure all registration forms are completed.
- All first time clients receive an experience customized to their liking and FIRST TIME rate is $100.
- Any add ons are additional.
- If you are a new client and you arrive at the scheduled appointment time and not early to complete your forms as instructed and it takes more than 10-15 minutes to complete the forms and the registration process, you may also be asked to reschedule.

- Your service begins at the time scheduled.
- In order to obtain your desired appointment, I recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. Your service begins at the time scheduled.
- If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
- If you are a new client and you arrive at the scheduled appointment time and not early to complete your forms as instructed and it takes more than 10-15 minutes to complete the forms and the registration process, you may also be asked to reschedule.
- Appointments cancelled (2nd or more) with less than a 24 hour notice or appointments not kept will be subject to BAN AND CHARGED IN FULL.

- Children may utilize certain spa services; however, a parent or guardian must be present and consent forms must be signed.

- If you have any special health considerations, please be sure to communicate those to our me. I can offer guidance as to which treatments will be most beneficial and those that should be avoided. A confidential health questionnaire is required for many spa services.
- All personal information provided by the client is confidential. The client must also keep the massage therapist (me) informed of any change in health conditions and/or medications.

- In the event of a NO-SHOW the card file for the appointment will be charged the full amount of the service.
- In the event of a "DECLINED" payment, the client will be asked to prepay for the next appointment they try to book and will be charged in full for past appointment missed or you’ll be banned from future bookings.

- All services (including spa packages) purchased and completed, are final and non-refundable.
- Services can be changed prior to/ during service, with consideration of time constraints.

- Being late can disrupt the flow of the space, causing other clients to wait longer.
- Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, I will give the most amount of service time as possible, but your visit may be shortened.
- If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “NO SHOW” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.

- My “Experiences” are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies.
- Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
- As a courtesy to my clients, I attempt to confirm all appointments. I do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control; however it is imperative that you contact me immediately to notify me of your cancellation in a timely manner.
- If it is your first time cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice, there will be NO CHARGE.
- Any future cancellations, last minute cancellations or missed appointments will be CHARGED IN FULL.
- Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.

- Clients who book a travel experience in the state of New Jersey traveling fee is determined by distance.
- Travel fee starts at $30 dollars which is already included on booking site.
- Clients requesting a travel experience is to book under "TRAVEL TO ME" section on booking site.
- Clients who book a travel experience would need to pay a deposit beforehand and cost will be on booking site.
- The travel cost may subject to change depending on distance, and mileage, however we will discuss this prior to accepting booking.
